By accessing or using the services, website, APIs, or software applications provided by Ethio digital ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User" or "Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Ethio digital provides digital presence evaluation tools, brand audit benchmarks, website health scoring, and multi-channel performance insights across social networks, including web platforms, Google Business profiles, Telegram, and TikTok public video intelligence.
Our service produces strategic diagnostic scorecards, competitive market comparisons, and actionable roadmaps to optimize digital branding and market discoverability.
3. Third-Party Platform Integrations & TikTok API Terms
Ethio digital integrates with third-party developer APIs, including the TikTok for Developers Platform. By utilizing features powered by third-party APIs, you expressly agree to the following commitments:
Adherence to Platform Guidelines
You agree to abide by the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Developer Terms of Service, and the TikTok Community Guidelines.
Authorized Access Only
You represent and warrant that you own or have explicit authorization to link, monitor, and query any social media account, handle, or brand entity submitted for audit on our platform.
No Scraping or Rate Abuse
You shall not bypass rate limits, employ automated headless scrapers against connected platforms, or attempt to circumvent API security mechanisms. All data queries occur through legitimate API calls governed by platform quotas.
No Re-syndication or Commercial Sale of API Data
Raw or individual API data provided by TikTok or other third parties may not be exported for reselling, sublicensing, or providing direct programmatic data feed access to unauthorized third parties.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users of Ethio digital agree NOT to:
- Engage in harassment, stalking, or unlawful surveillance of individuals or creators using our analytical reports.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any part of the Ethio digital platform or underlying algorithms.
- Transmit unsolicited commercial messages (spam), malware, viruses, or disruptive code.
- Misrepresent brand ownership or impersonate any person, business, or entity.
- Use platform intelligence to train unauthorized automated generative AI or facial recognition systems.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Ethio digital software, interface design, scoring algorithms, logos, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive proprietary property of Ethio digital.
All third-party trademarks, product names, and logos cited (such as TikTok, Google, Meta, or Telegram) are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion implies no official endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our services and analytical reports are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for maximum accuracy, third-party social metrics, algorithm shifts, and network outages may affect real-time data availability.
In no event shall Ethio digital, its founders, officers, or partners be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from business decisions made based on platform reports or third-party API service interruptions.
7. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or API access tokens immediately, without prior notice, if a violation of these Terms, third-party developer policies, or applicable Ethiopian laws is detected.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or dispute arising shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
